4)Give Up Smoking &Alcohol: We know How difficult this can be but there aresupport groups and a number of products that can helpyou kick the habit immediately.Remember that Smoking&Alcohol consumig adversely affects your health in anumber of ways and has been directly linked to HeartDisease.
5)RELAX: Reduce your Stress & Blood Pressure level byaltering your behaviour and especialy your response tothings that upst you.Try Practicing some Relaxation /Breathing exercise regularly this will improves yourHealth and Happiness.
6)Check your Blood Pressure&Diabetes: Ask your Doctor to check your BloodPressure&Diabetes regularly.High BP may lead to HeartAttack or Stroke.If uncontrol Diabetes risk ofdeveloping Heart Disease.
7)If your addicted to COFFEE,TEA,Try to cut downnumber of cups.
